Hank Kinzie is an executive coach, organizational consultant, attorney and mediator. He works with leaders of organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to non-profits just beginning to create a niche. He helps leaders leverage their strengths while also addressing development opportunities.
In recent years he has participated in large-scale change projects at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals and Unilever, assisting executives as they addressed reorganization issues ranging from resolving internal conflict over turf battles and mandatory layoffs to creating enduring cultures supported by healthy behaviors.
He currently is the strategy consultant for the Green Bay Packers corporation in their efforts to invigorate business growth with their Title Town district while designing, renovating and building out the famed Lambeau Field, regarded as the #1 fan experience in the NFL.
He also facilitates leadership trainings for executives in Advanced Management Programs at Harvard and Wharton Business Schools as well as faculty at the U.S. Army’s West Point Military Academy.
Past clients include ExxonMobil, Caterpillar Inc., General Motors, Archer Daniels Midland, Sanofi-Genzyme pharmaceuticals, Devon Energy, ComEd and an array of financial, insurance and asset management firms including State Street Bank and the insurers State Farm and Allstate. He has also been active in the non-profit sector working with a variety of purpose-driven organizations.
A former US Naval officer, he has served as a lobbyist in legislative and regulatory settings and as a mediator helping organizations and individuals resolve conflict. He has taught at Chicago’s Loyola University School of Law.
