Lauren brings hope and support to those experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety and/or Attention Deficit Disorder (ADHD). In groups or individual therapy, she assists with identifying and achieving goals, organization, self-management and regulation, identifying and processing emotions, developing healthier self-esteem, relationship insights and skills, and bolstering self-efficacy. Through a positive therapeutic relationship, interventions include the relationship recovery process (RRP), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT),  mindfulness, and a strengths-based approach.
